The State Insurance Organisation was established by the State with a single purpose: so that every family and every enterprise in Kyrgyzstan has reliable protection at the moment it is genuinely needed. Behind that purpose lies a simple duty — the promise written into an insurance policy must be honoured, in full and on time. People judge insurance by how an insurer pays, not by how it describes itself.
Today the Organisation operates in every region of the republic, offers compulsory and voluntary lines of insurance including a range of takaful products, and acts as the national reinsurance operator of the Kyrgyz Republic. We are steadily moving our services into digital form: a policy can be arranged online, a claim can be notified and settled without a visit to an office. State participation in the company’s capital means that our obligations are backed by the State.
To our policyholders. We aim to make the terms of insurance clear before the contract is signed, not after an event occurs. The price of a policy, the scope of cover, the exclusions and the settlement procedure are disclosed on this website for every product. If a loss occurs, contact us immediately: our task is not to look for grounds for refusal, but to settle the claim within the periods established by law.
To our partners. To banks, leasing and microfinance institutions, car dealerships, travel companies, agents and brokers we offer a complete product range, a branch network in every region and remote arrangement of policies. We value long-term relationships built on keeping commitments, and we are open to new forms of cooperation, including reinsurance and the protection of export and import operations.
To my colleagues. An insurance policy is a guarantee of peace of mind for our policyholders and partners, and it is upheld not by forms and seals but by people: the agent, the underwriter, the claims specialist, the accountant, the lawyer. I thank every employee of the head office and the branches for their daily work and professionalism.
